In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under a legal disability or court-ordered guardianship are not eligible.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any Platform-imposed access restriction at the time of registration or use.
5. Not a Problem Gambler Under Active Treatment: If you are currently receiving treatment for a gambling disorder, you must not use this Platform until you are medically cleared to do so.

4. Account Registration

To use the Platform's betting and gaming features, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4. Notification of Compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email.
5. Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in Account restriction pending re-verification.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

wjk777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to protect its members against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The following verification requirements apply:

1. Documents Required: Members must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and a recent selfie holding the same document. Additional documents such as a driver's license (SIM) or passport may be requested at our discretion.
2. When KYC Is Triggered: KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal request. We may also trigger KYC at any time if unusual account activity is detected or if your cumulative deposits exceed a designated threshold.
3. Processing Time: KYC documents submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within two hours. Documents submitted outside these hours will be reviewed by the next business shift.
4. Withdrawal Hold: Pending KYC completion, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the verification period unless the Account is flagged for additional review.

6. Deposits

wjk777 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

2. Processing Speed: Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) and local bank transfers are credited to your Account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by the member's own bank or e-wallet provider are beyond our control.
3. No Deposit Fees: wjk777 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
4. Source of Funds: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.
5. Unmatched Deposits: If a deposit cannot be automatically matched to your Account, you must contact support with proof of transfer (screenshot showing transaction reference, amount, and timestamp). Unmatched deposits held for more than 30 days without a valid claim will be forfeited.
6. Currency: All Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is offered on this Platform.

7. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of their Real Money balance (excluding any uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will be declined.
2. Processing Time: Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours. Requests submitted between 21:00 and 09:00 WIB will be queued for processing at the start of the next business shift.
3. Destination Account: Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your wjk777 Account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4. KYC Prerequisite: Your first withdrawal request will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Subsequent withdrawals on a fully verified Account are subject only to standard processing times.
5. Wagering Completion: If Bonus Funds are present in your Account, your Real Money balance may be withheld until the associated wagering requirements are satisfied, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus.
6. Withdrawal Fees: wjk777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Bank transfer fees, if any, imposed by the receiving bank are the member's responsibility.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

wjk777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
2. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%. Togel and crash games contribute 50%. These contribution rates are subject to change; the current rates are always displayed in the promotion detail page.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before a new one is applied.
4. Bonus Abuse: wjk777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotions.
5. Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: You may choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time via the Account dashboard. Upon forfeiture, any Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be removed from your balance. Your Real Money balance will then be available for immediate withdrawal.
6. Maximum Bonus Win: Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by a bonus is Rp 10.000.000 per promotion. Winnings exceeding this cap will be voided.
7. Seasonal & Event Promotions: Special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day) or major sporting tournaments (including FIFA World Cup, BRI Liga 1 playoffs, and AFF Cup) are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the Platform across all product categories:

1. Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation due to connectivity issues are not considered placed, and no funds will be deducted.
2. Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and product. Current limits are displayed within the bet placement interface before confirmation.
3. Odds Changes: For sports markets, odds are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. If odds change between selection and confirmation, you will be shown the updated odds before finalising your bet.
4. Void Bets: wjk777 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were manifestly erroneous (palpable error), where the event outcome was already known at the time of bet placement, or where the event is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the governing sporting body.
5. Mix Parlay: For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more legs are voided, the bet remains valid and the voided leg is treated as a push (stake returned proportionally). If only one selection remains after all voids, the bet is settled as a single.
6. Live Betting: Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time for operational reasons. Bets placed during a suspension window will be voided.
7. Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the official result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed.

10. Responsible Gaming

1. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

3. Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended and no bets may be placed.

Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months. After 12 months, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a 30-day consideration period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering).

• Sharing Account access with third parties or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications with Platform staff or other members.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or cooling-off period by registering a new Account.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

wjk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

1. Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
4. Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider.
5. Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access from a specific jurisdiction.
6. Member's own request to close their Account.

Upon Account closure due to a Terms breach, wjk777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified Real Money deposits will be returned to the original payment source, less any amounts representing fraudulent gains, chargeback liabilities, or bonus abuse winnings.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any positive Real Money balance will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of wjk777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

16. Amendments to These Terms

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
